We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Styles By Rach has a 25% cancellation fee for canceling 48 hours in advance, 50% fee for canceling 24 hours in advance, and 100% of your service for day of cancellations. The deposit you have made towards your service is NONREFUNDABLE due to the deposit going towards color costs. However, if you cancel at the 48 hour mark, it will go towards your next appointment. If you have to cancel after the 48 hour mark you will lose your deposit completely.
